Khanna Gems Private Limited was incorporated on 20th January, 1997 with Mr. Pankaj Khanna & Mrs. Anu Khanna as the Directors of the company and on the same day acquired Mr. Khanna’s 10 years old sole proprietorship firm “Gem Selections”. In the initial years the company’s main line of business was buying raw Gemstones from the mines, getting them cut and polished (Lapidary Work) and then supplying these Gemstones to various Jewellers across the Indian subcontinent and retail business. In 1997 the company diversified its portfolio and ventured into handicrafts business as well and started supplying handicrafts to various Emporiums & retail stores across India. In 1998, the comapny set up a manufacturing unit in Khambhat, Gujrat to manufacture Gold Jewellery, Diamond studded & Gemstone studded Jewellery. In 2000, the company fulfilled its first exports consignment and since then there is no looking back. Khanna Gems Private Limited has catered to customers of 23 countries in 5 continents through exports. We have been the back end for all the Gemstones, Rudraksha & Yantra requirements of the Times Internet Limited (www.astrospeak.com) since July, 2002. In addition to Times Internet Limited we have been the back end for GemStone requirements for www.rediff.com, www.indiainfo.com , www.homeshop18.com & www.sirindia.com. Khanna Gems Private Limited has been the backend for handicrafts for HHEC in 2007 and Taj Khazana stores in Goa and Mumbai in 2008. In 2012, apart from being the backend for other websites, we launched our own e-commerce website www.khannagems.com. In 2013, we further diversified our portfolio when we ventured into Perfumeries business and set up a Hydro-distillation plant in Kannauj to manufacture natural Ittar. In 2018, our company launched various Apps for the convenience of our customers and also ventured into Bullion Business. Our company’s CAGR in 2018-19 was 19.63%..
