Being born in a business minded family Mr Aaradhya grew up to be the skillful and profound entrepreneur that he is. He was already a part of the company since his birth but formally joined it in 2016 after he had gathered all the knowledge and learned the tactics and management of a company mostly from the business environment he grew up in and rest from the short term courses in Gemology, Diamond Grading, Digital Marketing, Artificial Intelligence and Mechanic Learning. His knowledge was further enhanced due to his rooted interest and hobby in reading Business Case Studies and Biographies of successful entrepreneurs. Mr Khanna kept his focus in the same field and is currently a student of B.com (hons) at the Delhi University. Being a wise and a person of virtue he has also completed a coursework in Effective Communication and Negotiation skills to achieve objectives, be productive, avoid conflicts and maintain healthy relations with the team and clients with better results. Also actively involving with Social Entrepreneurship Organizations further enhanced his business and management skills which earned him the position of Chief Marketing Officer at the company. Mr Khanna have successfully reconstructed the online business of the company putting in his well gathered knowledge and introducing various tech innovations that have not only taken the company’s online business to greater heights but designed new aims and goals in the vision of the company.
